Shinji Inamitsu: Seishokuki ch.17 - A Scary Physical Examination (The Prime Parts) [English]

I was working on some other project, when it occurred to me that this one would be an easy job - being correctly spelled dictionary language all way though... This was the same reason for which I did a translation of that Orange Bullet issue a while ago (more like 5 yeas ago, actually). Dialects spelled as spoken, weird idioms and street slang found in manga can still be much of a challenge for me. It is from a manga called Seishokuki by Shinji Inamitsu. And I chose to translate an episode from the middle of the second volume, what may seem somewhat random. It is chapter 17. I guess that if nothing else, you can consider it some sort of a “sample”. Zero no Mono: Playing with the Older Girl from the Neighborhood [English]

A chapter from the book "Chieki no Nioi" by Zero no Mono. The title of the book has previously been translated into "Smell of Shameful Essence". I don't have intentions of translating more of this book. The Japanese text was an interesting study in various levels of impoliteness in speech. Perhaps I ought to tag it "Parental advisory: Explicit language"? Talking about tags, "blackmail" and "rape" would initially come into mind. But then again, as it turns out, "surprise role play" may be more to the point. Links: Mediafire

This is a chapter from the book (takubon) "Shojo Renzoku Nakadashi 120 pun" by Pikupikun. It can also be found in an anthology called "Cross M volume 1". It is up to revision 3, having taken care of a rather embarrassing error - which was getting the name of the artist wrong.
